NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY 

Ridgefield Pediatric Associates is dedicated to meeting the needs of our patients. Recently, we have seen an increase in missed appointments.  In an effort to make sure we have adequate openings for all of our patients, we are advising you of the following policy.

All appointments must be cancelled by 3 p.m. of the previous day (or by 3 p.m. on the Friday before a Monday appointment) to avoid incurring a no-show or late cancellation fee

Please note that insurance companies do not cover late fees therefore the patient will be responsible for payment.
